oyx.app is a personal web portal. It also hosts Hermes Tasks — a private, single-user automation that helps its owner plan each day. 本頁說明 oyx.app 同 Hermes Tasks 如何處理 Google 用戶資料。
1. What we access · 我們會讀取什麼
- Google Tasks (read-only) — task titles, notes, due dates and list names, for the single Google Account that has explicitly granted access. No other account's data is ever read.
- Google Account identity — name, email address and profile picture, only when you sign in to oyx.app with Google. Used solely to authenticate you.
2. How we use it · 用途
- Google Tasks data is read only to build a daily planning suggestion for the account owner.
- The Google Account email is used only to recognise an invited user at sign-in.
- Nothing is used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or credit decisions.
3. Storage, sharing and AI · 儲存、分享
- All data stays on the owner's own self-hosted server. OAuth tokens are stored locally with restricted file permissions.
- We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to any third party.
- Google user data is not used to train or improve AI models.
- Only the owner (fewer than 100 users in total) can use this app; it is not offered publicly.
4. Retention and deletion · 保留同刪除
- Task data is not archived — only the OAuth token and the current day's planning are kept locally.
- Revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions stops all access immediately; you can also email us to delete the stored token.
